The initial inspiration was not a place, but an observation about figures in space. I have been drawing/painting (invented) abstract landscapes since the 90s. I don’t have an exact formula, it’s more a vocabulary that builds around an initial movement. This is 4 inches square again. Small enough that you could trade it like a rare baseball card.
