If you’re like me, you have a half-dozen old Slack accounts you don’t need or want. Unfortunately, Slack buried the “delete account” link under a labyrinth of menus. It’s not easy to find!

Here’s a shortcut:

Step 1: Get the subdomain of the Slack channel you want to delete. For example “techambassadors.slack.com” has the subdomain: techambassadors.

Step 2: Add the subdomain to the delete link, like this:
https://techambassadors.slack.com/account/deactivate

Step 3: Paste the URL into your browser and follow the instructions. Simple dimple!
